General Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Installation & maintenance of Desktop, laptop systems and printers.
• Knowledge of LAN networking, IP addressing, routers & switches.
• Software & driver troubleshooting.
