Position: Project Site and Master Fabrication Manager

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent advanced structural fabrication certification

Experience

• 4+ years of managerial experience overseeing complex architectural and industrial manufacturing layouts

Key Technical Competencies

• Mastery in high tolerance structural welding standards, microscopic weld crack inspection protocols and high density PVC polymer composite formatting
• Advanced knowledge of automated cross cutting machinery calibration and precision wood seasoning/interlocking joinery technology
• Proven capability in designing real time plant load-distribution algorithms, material stress testing and executing strict Quality Management Systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volume custom fabrication workflows while systematically implementing a one year operational localization framework
