Our company is seeking a qualified and experienced Shoe & EVA Foaming Technician and Footwear Technologist.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing footwear products and processes.
• Prepare technical specifications and production documentation.
• Monitor product quality and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualification

• Diploma in Footwear Technology or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years experience in footwear manufacturing and product development will be an advantage.
• Good communication with Chinese language.
