Our company is seeking a qualified and experienced Shoe & EVA Foaming Technician and Footwear Technologist.

Position: Shoe & EVA Foaming Technician

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and Supervise EVA foaming and molding processes. 
• Ensure product quality and production efficiency.
• Monitor machine performance and carry out basic maintenance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain safety standards.

Qualification

• Diploma or equivalent in Footwear Technology, Polymer Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years experience in footwear manufacturing and product development will be an advantage.
• Good communication with Chinese language.
