Minimum Qualification

• Educational Requirements: Ph.D. or Master by Research or PG degree in education, curriculum designing, progressive education, teaching methods, STEM education, etc. from a well reputed world rank university.
• Experience Level: Minimum 3 years of experience in educational research, global educational trend studies, educational leadership, curriculum designing, progressive education, STEM education, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, etc.), advanced Excel skills, experience with statistical software, familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing technology needs, and leadership qualities.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of educational products, educational market trends, competitor analysis, effective teaching learning strategies, and regulatory frameworks of education sector, etc.

• Curriculum, Teaching Learning Methodologies, LMS, Research and Innovations, Student Needs and Wants, Faculty Development, Academic Audit, and Continuous Feedback Measurements
