Duties and Responsibilities

• Allocate resources to manage safety risks and security threats to aircraft operations 
• Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with the AOC and in compliance with applicable regulations and Himalaya Airlines (HIM) standards and policies (directly or through delegation)
• Ensure optimalfacilities management to balance cost, efficiency and effectiveness of supporting infrastructure
• Ensure financial planning and control of the Operation Division
• Ensure sufficient human resources are made available to all HIM departments to ensure confirm it to legal and operational standards

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 10 years airline industry experience
• Holder of an ATPL license. Minimum 5 years' experience as Pilot in Command on A320 Aircraft type
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Senior Management of a scheduled passenger carrier operating large aircraft over 50 tones within recent 6 years
