Position: Senior Associate (Highly deserving candidates may be considered for appointment in the Assistant Manager (Junior Officer) cadre)

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field. Master's degree desirable

Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing in any Life/General Insurance Company or other Financial Institutions like Banks, Finance Companies etc.

Age Limit: 30 to 35 years as of the date of application (the age limit may be relaxed in the case of highly deserving candidates)

Job Responsibilities

• Building and executing plan for achievement of sales targets.
• Enrolment of capable and excellent agents, train and motivate them periodically.
• Leading, developing and mobilizing entire sales team towards the achievement of sales target of the branch.
• Focusing on enchasing customer satisfaction by eliminating procedural hassles.
• Any other matter as delegated by the company.
