Position: Product Engineer (Wireless)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market and opportunity planning for Wireless Products and support sales team to introduce and promote suitable products to the customers.
• Analyze requirements for product technology/feasibility.
• Provide technical guidance to sales and service team in the company and to customer when required.
• Responsible for the project master contract and appendixes to the contract (such as the BOQ, SOC, FRS, technical proposals, and acceptance clauses) and ensure the delivery related with the Clauses.
• Assist the Sales Project Manager in participating in the contract handover meeting to ensure proper information flow to the required team
• Responsible for negotiation about major contract changes and managing corresponding contract
• Responsible in managing requirement changes and ensure that requirements are effectively controlled.
• document changes during Project Delivery.
• Optimize existing network by adjusting network parameters and recommending possible solutions to
• hardware problems.
• Monitor and analyze statistical and drive to improve system performance indicators.
• Communicate & Coordinate with Head office as and when required.

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline with good knowledge of wireless product.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in related field.
• Should be a team player with a great attitude of being initiative.
• In depth understanding of global telecom industry.
• Should have strong interpersonal capability & leadership skill.
• Good proficiency in English language both spoken & written. Ability to speak and write Chinese
• language will be an added advantage.
