Position : Radio Frequency Engineer (Expert)

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze the radio frequency network and design the planning of RF network as per customer requirement. Design and develop RF system, RF circuits, power amplification, and antennas.
• Design RF schematics for new wireless networks.
• Optimize the performance of existing wireless networks through constant evaluations on the network KPIs.
• Apply engineering principles to design and optimize network coverage, performance and capacity.
• Ensure proper radio network troubleshooting and optimization.
• Responsible for transferring the latest skills and knowledge to local engineers.
• Responsible for solving the questions of the customers, and technical communication between customers and China.
• Communicate & Coordinate with Head office as and when required.

Qualification

• Masters in Engineering (Information/Communication/Telecommunication/Photonics).
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in related field.
• Should be a team player with a great attitude of being initiative.
• In depth understanding of global telecom industry.
• Should have strong interpersonal capability & leadership skill.
• Good proficiency in English language both spoken & written.
