Position : Program and Logistics Officer

Location: Kathmandu (with up to 30% field travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide programmatic, administrative, and logistical support to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain program records and coordinate travel, workshops, and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and vehicle policies.
• Support program and operations teams, including field visits.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, International Development, or related field. (Agriculture and Environment studies preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in logistics, procurement, or program coordination (NGO/humanitarian preferred).
• Proficiency in English and Nepali (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations.

Additional Requirements:

• Police clearance will be required.
• Commitment to Tearfund's values and safeguarding policies.
• In addition, personal identification information will be submitted against a watchlist database to check against criminal convictions as a counter-terror measure.
