Position Title : Food Technologist

Required No. : Godar Factory

Experience & Qualification

• 5 years in similar field (FMCG)
• Bachelor's in Food Tech. (knowledge of grains will be an assets)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure quality of raw paddy, wheat, rice, flour, and other products throughout the production process.
• Oversee milling operations and maintain consistent product quality as per standards.
• Develop and update SOPs, QC parameters, and product specifications.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
• Conduct routine quality checks, hygiene audits, and monitor storage conditions.

Others Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of food technology and processing
• Expertise in food safety compliance, HACCP, ISO, GMP, and FSSAI standards
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in documentation and test reporting
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
