Insurance Institute of Nepal Limited is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to drive strategic growth, ensure compliance, and to cultivate relationship with key stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement dynamic growth strategies in learning and development.
• Optimize operations, ensure compliance, and drive resource efficiency.
• Foster stakeholder partnerships and represent the organization in key forums.
• Leverage technology to enhance training, seminars, and overall operations.
• Inspire, lead and mentor a dedicated team fostering a high-performance culture.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (Preferably in Insurance).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in insurance, banking, or financial sector, including senior management and leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory policies, operational framework of Nepal's insurance industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizing and managing training programs, workshops and seminars.
• Proven track record in strategic leadership, business growth, stakeholder engagement, and team management coupled with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
