Jyoti Capital Limited (JCL), a subsidiary of Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited, is seeking applications from highly qualified, dynamic and result-oriented Nepalese citizens for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the vision, strategic plans, and annual business Plan.
• Drive profitability, manage institutional risks, and optimize balance sheet growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, regulators, clients, and general public. 
• Inspire, mentor and lead the management team to achieve high performance and organizational excellence.

Qualification & Experience

• Master's Degree in Management field or Bachelor Degree with CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Banks or Financial Institutions or Capital Market with at least 5 years in Managerial level or above.
• Age should not exceed 52 years as on the last date of application.
