Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning Officer

Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Education, Nutrition, Climate change, Food security, Livelihood and WASH since 2005 in Lumbini Provinces of Nepal. KIDS is implementing Sabal Balika Sabal Samudaya (SaBaSS) (Nutrition, WASH & DRRCC and Livelihood) and Sponsorship communication project in partnership with Plan International Nepal at Bijay Nagar rural municipality of Kapilvastu District. Connecting this program, we would like to invite application from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following position.

Position: Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning Officer

Required: 1

Duty Station: KIDS Central Office, Taulihawa, Kapilvastu with field visit in program area

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or program.
• Experience in developing and implementing MERL frameworks, indicators, monitoring plans, and data collection tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and reporting application and system
• Good knowledge, skill and experience in data collection & analysis record-keeping, documentation, reporting and quality assurance.
