• Application : An application letter indicating the area(s) of specialization and motivation for joining the University.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) : Comprehensive CV highlighting education, academic and professional experience, achievements, and recognitions.
• Research Interests : Areas of research, development and innovation activities; areas of research in PhD and postdoctoral assignment to be included by fresh PhD graduates.
• Essay (up to 1,000 words) : Outline how the applicant is expected to contribute to the University’s mission and vision.
• List of Publications : Include full list of peer-reviewed journal articles, conference proceedings, and other scholarly works, along with links to Google Scholar Citations and Scopus Citation Index profiles
• Teaching Experience : Include the list of courses developed/taught, teaching materials or digital resources prepared.
• Supervision of MS/PhD Students – Provide list of MS/PhD students successfully supervised, including thesis/dissertation titles. Highlight list of students completing research-based programs, if any.
• Research Grants : List of grants received, specifying project title, funding agency, total amount, and applicant’s role.
• Leadership Experience : Evidence of leadership roles in academia, research projects, professional bodies, collaborative initiatives and others.
• Special Skills : Technical, managerial, interdisciplinary and other relevant skills.
• Patents : List of patents granted or applied.
• References : Names and contact information of three referees who have directly supervised the applicant and would be willing to be approached by the University.

The process of the selection of candidates based on the applications received till October 29, 2025 starts from November 10, 2025 but applications can be accepted and processed until the positions are filled.

The available positions will be filled only if suitable candidates are identified.
