Key Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute robust financial strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Provide strategic leadership in investment planning, capital structuring and long-term financial decision-making.
• Spearhead financial readiness for Initial Public Offering (IPO) and capital market engagement.
• Manage assets and financial transactions.
• Oversee banking and investor relationships, loan negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting functions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial, tax and regulatory frameworks.
• Support executive decision-making and provide financial leadership to employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping practices
• Oversee effective fund planning and financial management
• Timely completion of internal and external audit
• Conduct tax audits promptly and maintain full compliance

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (CA, СРА, ACCA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10-15 years of senior financial leadership experience, with proven success in large-scale financial operations, banking relationships, and international investment.
• Experience with IPO processes and capital market regulations will be a strong advantage.
• 4 Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Age: 35 years and above.
