Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 

Location: Lalitpur-2, Sanepa 

Key Responsibilities

• The CEO will provide strategic leadership, oversee overall business operations, strengthen organizational performance, and drive sustainable growth while promoting the company's mission of supporting Nepal's agriculture sector.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the company.
• Develop and implement business plans and growth strategies.
• Lead financial, operational, and human resource management.
• Build partnerships with farmers, cooperatives, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Report to the Board of Directors on organizational performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience, with senior management experience preferred.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
