NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is a class 'D' Financial Institution (national level), established to promote financial inclusion and sustainable livelihoods by expanding access to microfinance services for deprived communities. NADEP invites applications from interested and qualified Nepali nationals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Age: 35-60 years.

Work station: NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., Central Office, Dhunibesi-6, Dhading.

Selection process: Business plan presentation and interview.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountancy or Master's degree in Management, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Rural Development, Agriculture, Sociology or Law from a recognized educational institution
• At least 10 years of working experience in the field of banking or financial or development sector including at-least 5 years in managerial role

Salary and benefit: Negotiable within the organizational rules and regulations.
