National Banking Institute Limited (NBI) is a national level apex banking and finance academy established by Nepal Rastra Bank and Nepal Bankers' Association with a vision to be the most preferable learning institute for providing and enhancing the competence of banking and financial service personnel in a changed environment.

NBI invites application from self-motivated, dynamic and competent Nepali nationals for the following positions.

Position: Manager – Research & Academics

Number Required: One

Terms of Service: Annual Contract basis

Selection Procedure: Presentation and Interview

Qualification Required

Masters' degree in Management or Statistics/Banking/Finance/Economics or similar field (PhD preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in research for Masters' degree holder and minimum of 2 years of work experience in research for Ph.D. holder.

Skills & Knowledge required for the position:

• Knowledge of Research tools like SPSS, Stata, Python etc.
• Must poses excellent Research Skills.
• Good Communication, Presentation, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
• Work experience in Banking preferred.
