Position: Poster Staff

Location: Khurkot, Charikot, Kolbhi, Palung, Kalaiya, Rangeli, Biratnagar, Dhankuta, Dharan, Sandhikharka, Bhairahawa, Gorusinge, Jitput Charnumber, Bijuwar/Pyuthan, Lamahi, Rolpa, Jajarkot, Dolpa, Salyan, Rukum, Palung, Rasuwa, Dharke, Bayalbas, Rajbiraj, Janakpur, Gaighat, Okhaldhunga, Kohalpur, Bandipur, Mustang, Syangja, Khusma, Lumle, Kalikot, Mehelkuna

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the daily poster pasting target by installing a minimum of 200+ posters across 60+ outlets per day.
• Visit designated outlets as per the assigned route and complete daily branding activities.
• Install posters, streamers, and other approved branding materials according to company standards.
• Support Branding Staff and vendors during branding campaigns and promotional activities if required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with outlet owners and ensure professional representation of the company.
• Provide timely market feedback, including branding opportunities, competitor activities, and outlet observations.
• Submit required field reports, live photos, and other documentation as per company guidelines daily.
• Comply with assigned routes, working hours, and company policies.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare and submit daily reports.
• Basic proficiency in using smartphones and WhatsApp.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
