A leading National Level Microfinance Institution seeks applications from qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

Post : Senior Officer

Required No. : 1

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors' Degree in Management Faculty from recognized institution and at least 3 years of work experience in Human Resources and Training department of Banks and Financial Institution at one level below than applied position, or
• Masters' Degree in Management Faculty from recognized institution and at least 2 years of work experience in Human Resources and Training department of Banks and Financial Institution at one level below than applied position.

Age Criteria: Age should not exceed 40 years as on application deadline with minimum age of 21 years.

Selection Process: Powerpoint Presentation and Interview
