Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Duty Station: Om Hospital & Research Center Pvt. Ltd. Chabahil, Kathmandu

Qualification & Experience

• Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), Medical Management, MD/MS, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive management nagement experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership position (CEO/COO/Executive Director/Medical Director/General Manager) in a reputed hospital or healthcare organization.
• Proven experience managing a Multi-Specialty Hospital (150 beds or above).

Compensation

• Salary and benefits will be negotiable with the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for the position.
