Job descriptions

• Provide high-level management consultancy to restructure and optimize the overall business operations, supply chain, and strategic scaling of the commercial biogas and organic manure facility
• 10+ years of executive management or consulting experience in large-scale renewable energy or industrial projects
• The candidate must possess a deep understanding of corporate operational frameworks to help the company avoid organizational inefficiencies, reduce production bottlenecks, and improve cost and performance appraisal standards
• A core responsibility includes driving organizational capacity building and conducting advanced leadership and operational training for the local management staff to ensure sustainable, long-term business viability
