Responsibilities will include planning, implementing quality assurance measures, and ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in the Production, operation, processing and other department, along with providing leadership in handling the production and sales team.

Qualifications and Skills are as following

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and Accounting - Operation ManagerBachelor's Degree in Economics- Production/Sales Executive
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field. Those Having Equivalent to Bachelor Degree need 3 Years Experience. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent to Bachelor Degree Technical Operator Sub Vocational training and work experience in agricultural industries is compulsory (For Technical Operator).
• Strong knowledge about production and sales in agricultural industry.
• Ability to read, write, speak Chinese Language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross cultural team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with industry. Previous experience in Agricultural Industry Only will be Accepted.
• Preference to Nepali Citizens'
