Position: Kitchen/Food Production

Experience

• Chef de Partie-Diploma in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management +2-3 years' experience.
• Demi Chef de Partie-Culinary Arts Certificate/Diploma + 1-2 years' experience.
• Commis Chef-Culinary Arts Certificate/Diploma; experience preferred.
• Tandoor/Indian/Chinese/Continental Cook - Relevant training + 2-3 years' experience.

General Requirements

Candidates should have a professional attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, discipline, and commitment to guest satisfaction. Relevant hotel/hospitality experience will be preferred.
