Position Overview

The System Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's IT sys-tems, networks, and hardware/software infrastructure. The role ensures smooth IT operations, troubleshooting, and implementation of technology solutions that support business functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and availability.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Provide technical support to employees for hard-ware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors, connectivity problems, and application failures.
• Ensure timely response to IT-related queries and complaints.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain software. applications and security patches.
• Maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are regularly performed.
• Implement and monitor IT security protocols to protect data and systems.
• Manage antivirus, firewall, and access control systems.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and standards.
• Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and configurations.
• Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system changes.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT system administration, technical support, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networks, and server management.
• Familiarity with database systems, backup solu-tions, and cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
