We are looking for potential Nepalese candidates to fill the following position.

 

Position: Resource Development and Program Quality Director

Key Responsibilities

  • The Resource Development and Program Quality Director provides strategic leadership to strengthen World Vision International Nepal's resource mobilization, programme quality, and innovation.
  • The role leads funding acquisition from institutional and private donors, ensures programme quality and donor compliance, strengthens design, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (DMEAL) systems, and oversees the Nepal Innovation Lab to drive innovation and evidence-based programming.

 


 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required

  • Master's degree in International Development, Development Studies/Management, Project Management, Economics, Agriculture, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of senior leadership experience in international development, preferably in developing countries and the Asia region.
  • Demonstrated success in securing institutional grants and leading proposal development for major bilateral and multilateral donors.
