District Hospital Bajura is located in Badimalika Municipality Ward No. 08 Martadi located in Bajura District of Sudurpaschim Province. This hospital is providing services under the government of Sudurpaschim Province. District Hospital Bajura was established in the year 2075 by the Health Office and is providing services as a hospital for 15 patients.

Currently, the hospital is providing emergency, OPD, indoor, radiology, lab, molecular (PCR) lab, orthopedics, gynecology, MDGP and Dental department to provide hospital services. The common citizens of this district have to run far away from Achham, Dadeldhura, Dhangadhi etc.to get health treatment. In order to make this hospital more equipped and provide quality services, support is expected from the people of this district, all stakeholders, local, state and federal governments.
