According to the notice published in the Saurya Rastriya Dainik Patrika dated 2082.01.26 of this office on the above subject, the bids submitted for the collection of tax on sale, distribution and use of junk goods of Budhiganga Rural Municipality for the revenue collection of the financial year 2082.083, as per the decision dated 2082.02.26, the bid as per the details has been found to be 'the lowest evaluated substantially effective' and has been selected as per Sub-section 1 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063, and therefore, the Sub-section of Section 27 of the same Act has been published. For the purpose of Sub-section 2, this notice is for the information of all the concerned bidders.
