Criteria

• Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Law or related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Banks and Financial Institutions with at least 3 years in compliance, audit or regulatory affairs.
• Thorough knowledge of Acts, Rules, NRB directives and institutional compliance frameworks.
• Age not exceeding 45 years.

Additional Requirements: Applicants should possess positive and can do attitude with excellent communication skills, smart personality, pleasant, cheerful nature and strong interpersonal skills.
