Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 15 years of relevant managerial experience in Life Insurance Companies or Financial Institutions.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience with strong strategic and business/risk management capabilities.
• Sound understanding of Nepal's insurance industry, regulatory framework, and investment environment.

Educational Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics
