Techno Social Facilitator

Asal Chhimekee Nepal (ACN), the Social Initiative of Pokhara Christian Community, is launching the project "Improving the Economic and Social Resilience of Village Communities in Jajarkot" in Nalgaad Municipality, Jajarkot, and invites applications from qualified Nepali candidates who demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, honesty, accountability, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, solve problems, and perform well under pressure:

Position: Techno Social Facilitator

Required No.: 1 Person

Duration: one year (Possibility of extension).

Type of Appointment: Special Contract.

Work Area: Nalgad Municipality, Jajarkot

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Technical SLC or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong command of both Nepali and English languages
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid two-wheeler license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project management (bidding, supervision, quality control, documentation, billing of construction works and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Site survey, design and drawing, estimation, quotation/tender process, billing, supervision
• Coordinating with a stakeholder, engaging with the community.
• Support in reporting, data analysis, prepare case stories, and documentation
