Minimum Qualification

• Master's Degree (MPhil or PhD Preferred) from a School of Education at a reputed university
• Fields of study: Educational Leadership, Progressive Education, Curriculum
• Development, STEM Education, or Child Development
• Advanced coursework in school administration, pedagogy reform, or educational psychology is an asset

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years as Academic Head, Deputy or Senior Academic Executive at a recognized progressive school
• Proven track record in curriculum design, teacher professional development, and institutional quality assurance
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary academic teams and cross-departmental coordination

Compensation
