We are seeking a commercially minded Investment Analyst with a strong understanding of Technology and Finance to join our Private Equity team. The role will support the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of investments in technology and technology-enabled businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities in software, IT services, fintech, digital platforms, and other technology-enabled businesses.
• Perform financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, LBO analysis, and investment return calculations.
• Assess business models, market potential, competitive positioning, scalability, customer economics, and industry trends.
• Support financial, commercial, operational, and technology-related due diligence.
• Prepare investment memorandums, industry research, company profiles, financial analyses,
• and presentations for Investment Committee review. Assist in transaction structuring, negotiations, documentation, and deal execution.
• Monitor portfolio company performance, key performance indicators, and value-creation opportunities.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, market developments, regulatory changes, and potential investment opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in BIM, BIT, BSIT, or a related discipline; MBA will be an advantage.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technology businesses, financial statements, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Good knowledge of private equity processes, due diligence, and transaction evaluation.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, research, commercial, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred: Experience working with IT services, fintech, digital platforms, or technology companies will be an advantage.
