Qualification Requirements

• Post Graduate or Chartered Accountancy or Certified Management Accountant.
• At least 27 years of work experience in related field
• Experience in international airline industry will be preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese language.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior management to support strategic decision-making Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the company's sustainability and profitability
• Ensure compliance with Nepalese financial regulations, company law, and international accounting standards
• Support the Board of Directors in establishing and enforcing financial governance policies and procedures. Evaluate investment opportunities, leasing arrangements, and aircraft financing projects
• Support strategic initiatives such as fleet expansion, route development, and capital projects Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and shareholders.
• Prepare and present financial results, budgets, and strategic plans to internal and external stakeholders Support transparent communication with investors, government agencies, and airline partners
