Position: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to work closely with and under our Digital Marketing Head in bringing our brand to life across digital, social, and packaging touchpoints. This is a dynamic, hands-on role at the intersection of visual storytelling, brand identity, packaging design, and digital content creation. It is ideal for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and nutrition, has a strong design sensibility, and takes initiative to turn ideas into polished, on-brand visuals.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, visually creative, detail-oriented, and eager to stay on top of emerging design trends in the health and wellness industry. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both digital and physical product design while contributing to a mission-driven brand focused on helping people live healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Design

• Design engaging graphics, templates, and visual assets for social media and digital ads and campaigns.
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital channels in line with brand guidelines.

Packaging & Print Design

• Support the design of product packaging, labels, and inserts for new and existing product lines.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Assist with design for point-of-sale materials, retail collateral, and event or trade show assets.

Brand & Campaign Support

• Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing Manager and external agency to bring campaign concepts to life visually.
• Support product launches and promotions with cohesive design across all touchpoints.
• Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and a shared design asset library.

Content & Research Support

• Research health, wellness, nutrition, and supplement-related visual trends to inform design direction.
• Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to develop educational and engaging marketing materials.
• Maintain organized design files and ensure timely delivery of assets aligned with the content calendar.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a graphic design or visual content role (internships and freelance work count).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Strong eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and coordinating across teams and external partners.
