Nepal Finance Limited, invites application from highly competent, energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Nepalese citizens for the under mentioned positions in order to strengthen its existing staff force.

Selection Process: Interview

Job Location: Inside Valley & Outside Valley (Madhesh, Gandaki, & Bagmati province)

Age: Not exceeding 40 years of the last date of application submission

Qualification & Experience

• Master's Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 3 years' experience out of this at least 1 year of experience must be in the role of Branch Manager or Branch Incharge of NRB licensed BFI's or,
• Bachelor Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 5 years' experience out of this at least 1 year of experience must be in the role of Branch Manager or Branch Incharge of NRB licensed BFI's.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Should be acquainted with day to day functions along with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Must have overall knowledge of the various Acts & policies related to banking norms including Unified NRB Directive.
• Must be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities.
• Must possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the department.
• Should possess excellent business communication, critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Should have enthusiasm and commitment to fulfill the task.
