Contract Period: 2 years (renewable) 

Qualification and Experience :

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Science & Engineering, Food Technology, Meat Science
• Related discipline with 5 years or more of proven experience in food processing and meat production.
• Strong knowledge of meat processing techniques, food safety systems, quality control, production management, and food manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management 26skills are preferred.
