Qualification and Experience: 

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Science& Engineering, Food Technology, Meat Science, or a related discipline with 5 years or more of proven experience in food processing and meat production. 
• Strong knowledge of meat processing techniques, food safety systems, quality control, production management, and food manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills are preferred.
