The Nepal Rugby Association has officially opened applications for the position of Head Coach for the National Rugby Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the team's development, ensuring high-level performance on the international stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare plans and train Nepal National Teams.
- Support the Nepal Rugby Association's Rugby operations, coaches, and managers to develop and implement a rugby development plan and playing model for all age groups.
- Develop and implement coaching standards, roles and responsibilities, and professional support and development pathways to coaching and playing groups.
- Support NRA to establish Pathways for Coaches and other technical groups.
Eligibity Criteria
- World Rugby Level 3 Coaching Certification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional coaching experience with Club/ Country.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to enhance and leverage the technical and coaching capability of Nepal Rugby by coaching and mentoring technical staff/coaches.
