Position: Internal Assistant Auditor

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience as an Internal Auditor in multi-sector business entities in Nepal
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial auditing, and documentation practices
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Additional Competencies:

• Proficiency in auditing tools, techniques, and reporting
• Sound understanding of Nepal's corporate legal framework, including the Company Act, Income Tax Act, VAT Act, and NFRS
• Skilled in preparing audit reports and maintaining comprehensive documentation for internal records and management review
• Capability to assess financial practices and provide informed recommendations
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours to meet deadlines, as required
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations and control procedures
