Position: Legal Officer

Required Experience and Qualification

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant and progressive work experience as practitioner lawyer holding advocate license.
• Preference will be given to candidate having progressive work experience either in Financial Institution or in a reputed law firm with focus in banking and company/corporate law with ability to represent the Bank in Court and is able to provide technical and administrative support to the Bank on legal issues.
• Candidates applying for the position must have minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law (Commercial Law as core) from recognized University.

Candidates with fluency in Nepali and English (both-oral and written), along with computer literacy and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, will be given preference.
