Position: School In-Charge

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administration & operation of the school.
• Supervise Teachers.
• Ensure effective school policies. entation of the academic calendar & school policies
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents, school management, & stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and support school development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of teaching and/or school management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good computer knowledge and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
