Position: Deputy Director
Location: Lalitpur, Nepal
Reports To: Primarily to the Executive Director, and at times to Project Leaders for specific assignments.
Contract Period: One year (with a 3-month probation period, subject to renewal).

Just Futures Pahal (JFP) is a knowledge, narrative, and leadership-building movement dedicated to creating just futures for everyone through the prism of Jat/caste. JFP centers the lived experiences, love, capabilities, and aspirations of Dalit women. We are working towards becoming a center of excellence that values and practices collaborative leadership of & by Dalit women.
We are seeking an experienced professional-with over ten years of demonstrated experience-to join us. There are no specific caste or gender requirements for this role; instead, we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a spirit of humility, a commitment to continuous learning, and a passion for strengthening the capabilities of a Dalit women-led organization.
As the Deputy Director, you will bridge the gap between complex regulatory and reporting requirements (including global partners, foundations, and universities) and the daily operational needs of our mission-driven organization.
