Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Master's Degree (MA) or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in both the English language and Bhot Buddhist Philosophy.

Commitment

• Willingness to serve on a full-time basis for a minimum period of 4-5 years.

Values and Experience

• Practicing Buddhist with a strong commitment to Buddhist values and education.
• Dedicated to serving in a monastic college environment.
• Teaching experience in higher education will be an added advantage.
