National Banking Institute Limited (NBI) is the apex-level banking and finance academy of Nepal, established with the vision of enhancing the capacity, professionalism, and governance standards of the country's financial sector. Apart from Nepal Rastra Bank, NBI's promoters include banks, financial institutions and microfinance institutions.

NBI invites applications from highly motivated, dynamic, visionary, and competent individuals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a contract basis to lead the Institute and drive its strategic growth.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Banking, Finance or related fields.
• Overall Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in financial sector.
• Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of experience serving in senior management position.

• Strategic thinking, vision and execution.
• Deep institutional understanding of the financial sector.
• Expertise in institutional development, capacity building, and financial management.
• Proven integrity, ethical leadership capability, and an immaculate professional track record.

Age criteria: Not exceeding 60 years as of Application deadline.
