Experience

• Associate degree or above, with over 2 years of practical experience in EVA/PVC footwear material compounding; Proficient in EVA formulations, able to independently adjust and match colors according to style, skilled in various footwear chemical additives; able to resolve formulation defects such as yellowing, color difference, precipitation, and abnormal foaming in light colors.
• Able to develop new formulations based on samples, and adjust product feel and gloss; able to read Chinese chemical data and MSDS; calculate material losses, optimize costs, and be responsible for process adjustment and sampling.
