Location: Maharajgunj, Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end advertisement booking workflow from system entry to final billing.
• Schedule advertisements accurately and ensure timely execution for print publication.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Prepare accurate client billing and invoicing.
• Maintain credit notes, agency statements and financial records.
• Generate MIS reports and support operational activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent.
• 6 months-1 year of experience in media scheduling, advertising operations, MIS, or account administration.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong organizational, communication and time management abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
