Enterprises Development Coordinator

Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Education, Nutrition, Climate change, Food security, Livelihood and WASH since 2005 in Lumbini Provinces of Nepal. KIDS is implementing Sabal Balika Sabal Samudaya (SaBaSS) (Nutrition, WASH & DRRCC and Livelihood) and Sponsorship communication project in partnership with Plan International Nepal at Bijay Nagar rural municipality of Kapilvastu District. Connecting this program, we would like to invite application from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following position.

Position: Enterprises Development Coordinator

Required no: 1

Duty Station: KIDS Central Office, Taulihawa, Kapilvastu with 80% field visit in program area

Required qualifications and experience:

• Master's degree in Economics, Rural Development, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Agriculture Economics, Development Studies, or Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in economics/ Rural Development/ Business Administration/Entrepreneurship/Agriculture Economics/ Development Studies/ Management or a related field with at least 5 years working experience in related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting livelihood and enterprise development for women, youth, and disadvantaged communities.
• Good skill, knowledge and experience on project management process including people management
• Experience coordinating with local governments under Kapilvastu.
• Experience in business development services, entrepreneurship training, and market linkage facilitation.
